1. I am participating in the HYL Virtual Yoga Teacher Training offered by Health Yoga Life (HYL). During the training, I will participate in an on-line learning environment and will participate in physical activity and be receiving information on yoga and health.    

2. During the program we may engage in discussions on various topics, including but not limited to, meditation, health, yoga, emotions, coaching, integrative medicine, integral health, etc. and this program is designed for people who clearly understand they are responsible for their own health and well-being. The lessons during the program are not designed to be medical therapy and are not to be used as a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy or health program advised by your physician. The program staff and teachers are not mental health professionals or physicians.

3. I understand that Health Yoga Life online classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss/damage or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make other claims of any kind whatsoever against Health Yoga Life or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 

4. If I am pregnant or have any other serious medical condition, I have checked with my doctor, who has approved my participation in yoga classes and other offerings such as, but not limited to, general yoga sessions, workshops and trainings.  

5.I understand the cancellation policy: No cancellation is possible, and no refund of any portion of tuition payments will be available, after I begin the on-line training by entering the virtual classroom. Payment plans do not receive any refunds at any time. If you are on a payment plan and begin the training by entering the virtual classroom, all payments will be charged and collected in full whether or not you continue with the course. If you have purchased the training in full, you have a 14-day reconsideration period to get a refund (prior to entering the portal) minus $500 processing fee. If you wish to cancel your registration within 14 days of purchasing the training and prior to entering the virtual classroom, then you must notify HYL in writing and in advance of your intent to cancel.

6. I understand that materials and concepts presented by Health Yoga Life are proprietary information and intellectual property of Health Yoga Life. I agree not to copy, record, or redistribute any hand-outs, videos, photos, or concepts provided by Health Yoga Life, without their written permission. I agree that the materials provided are for my personal use.

7. I agree that I take responsibility for participation in the virtual training process and the outcomes that result from it. I agree and acknowledge that desired or anticipated results may not be achieved. Health Yoga Life makes no representations as to results of the training process and explicitly disclaims any warranty or guarantee of future earnings.
